I support people and businesses to build long-term change and actually deliver on the outcomes they set through coaching and consulting.

Most of my work sits at the intersection of three things that usually get treated separately: people, strategy, and operations. I've spent my career leading teams and businesses through change in corporate Australia, and what I know for sure is the plan doesn't fail - the way people work around the plan does.

I coach talented people and senior leaders who are high performers looking for their next level or needing to breakthrough to truly change. I consult with business leaders across Corporate Australia who need a sharp second brain on strategy, change, or "is the tech we're building actually solving the right problem?"

I lead with curiosity, ask a lot of "what" and "how" questions, and I believe kindness is not the same as niceness — one helps you grow, the other keeps you comfortable.
